Refugee & Settlement Services
Warm, culturally safe support for refugees and newly arrived families finding their feet in Western Sydney, in your language and at your pace.

A familiar hand in a new place
Arriving in a new country is a fresh start, but it can also be overwhelming: a new language, new systems, and a long list of things to sort out while you are still finding your feet. We help newly arrived refugees and migrants settle with confidence, guided by people who understand the journey.
Our team is multicultural and multilingual, and many of us have lived this experience. We help with the practical first steps, from understanding services and appointments to connecting with your community, and we do it in a way that respects your faith, your culture and your dignity.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an NDIS plan or visa status to get help?
Our settlement support is a community service for newly arrived people in our area. If you also live with disability, we can help you explore NDIS access separately. Call us and we will guide you.
Can you help in my language?
Yes. Our team is multilingual and multicultural, and we arrange interpreters so you can speak freely and be fully understood.
What kind of practical help can you offer?
We help with orientation, understanding local services, attending appointments, completing forms, and connecting with your community, all at a pace that suits you.
