Nobody should have to do life alone
Isolation creeps up quietly, after a health setback, a loss, a move to a new country, or simply when the people around you drift away. Our social inclusion programs are here to push back against that, with regular, welcoming spaces where you are known by name.
You do not need a diagnosis or a plan to take part. These programs are open to anyone in our community who wants connection: older people, newly arrived families, people with disability, carers who need a break, and neighbours who just want somewhere warm to land.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an NDIS plan to join?
No. Our social inclusion programs are open to everyone in the community, with or without an NDIS plan. If you would benefit from extra support, we can talk about that separately.
How much does it cost?
Many of our community programs are free or low cost. Call us and we will tell you exactly what is involved before you come along.
Where do the programs run?
We run programs across Liverpool and Western Sydney, in community spaces that are easy to reach by public transport.
