Frequently asked questions
Do we need an NDIS plan to access family support?
No. Our family and child support is a community service open to local families. If your child may be eligible for the NDIS, we can also help you explore that.
What if English is not our first language?
That is no barrier here. Our team is culturally and linguistically diverse, and we arrange interpreters so every conversation is clear and comfortable.
Can you help with my child's school?
Yes. We regularly help families understand meetings, plans and supports at school, and we can attend with you if that helps.
