Do I need an NDIS plan to get employment support?
No. Our employment assistance is open to the community. If you live with disability and have NDIS funding for employment, we can support you through that too.
What if I have never worked before, or not for a long time?
That is completely okay. Many people we support are starting out or starting again. We meet you where you are and build from there, with no pressure.
Can you help me with a job I already have?
Yes. If you are struggling to settle into a role or worried about keeping it, we offer on-the-job support to help things work out.
