High Intensity Support
Skilled, clinically informed support for people with complex health needs, delivered in your home and community by workers trained to get it right.

Confident support for complex health needs
High intensity support covers the daily activities that need extra training and clinical oversight to do safely: complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy and ventilation support, severe dysphagia, and complex wound care. These are not tasks to hand to just anyone, and we treat them with the seriousness they deserve.
Our high intensity workers are trained against the NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors and supervised by our clinical lead. We build a clear plan with you, your family, and your health team, so the people in your home know your needs, your routine, and exactly what to do if something changes.
- Complex bowel care
- Enteral (PEG) feeding and management
- Tracheostomy and ventilation support
- Severe dysphagia and mealtime management
- Complex wound and pressure care
- Subcutaneous injections and diabetes management
Why families trust us with complex care
When the stakes are high, the details matter. Here is how we keep your support safe and steady.
Trained and supervised
Every worker is trained to the relevant skills descriptor and backed by clinical supervision, with competency checked regularly.
A consistent team
You see familiar faces who know your care plan, not a rotating roster of strangers. Consistency is what keeps high intensity support safe.
On call when it counts
Complex needs do not keep office hours. Our coordination team is reachable, and your plan includes clear steps for the unexpected.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need specific funding for high intensity support?
Yes. High intensity support is funded through your Core or Capacity Building budget and is usually identified during planning. If you are not sure what your plan covers, call us and we will help you read it.
Can you work with my doctors and specialists?
Absolutely. We build your support plan alongside your GP, specialists, and any allied health professionals so everyone is working from the same information.
What areas do you cover?
We support participants across Liverpool and the wider Western Sydney region, in private homes, supported living settings, and the community.
